YOGA opens up access to a healthy approach to life as a whole! With openness and ease, we learn about ourselves and the world, training the right, positive attitude on everything we live in. We work simultaneously the physical, subtle / energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
PILATES teaches us to become aware of our body, to have a correct posture, to improve the flexibility and efficiency of our movements, to relieve our back pain. Pilates radically transforms the way our body looks, feels and acts, strengthens without generating muscle mass, creating a toned body with flat thighs and flat abdomen.
PRANAYAMA is breathing techniques by which we regulate and control the vital energy (prana) of our body. By adjusting vital energy we develop and maintain the proper functionality of all internal organs and balance emotions. In the next step, when the physical and emotional balance is stabilized, we have access to the regulation of the fluctuations of the mind. "To have a calm, quiet mind, it is necessary to regulate our own breath" (Hatha Yoga Pradipika). We stabilize the fluctuations of the mind we have access to a conscious life!
Choose between Yoga, Pranayama or Pilates depending on what you want to get. Or try a first session of both and see what you're doing better. Whether you are a beginner or practicing Yoga or Pilates, our instructors will know how to integrate you into the group and give you the necessary attention to the beginning. Or if you only want to work with your coach, you can opt for individual Pilates or Yoga sessions.
