We offer individual Pilates sessions with specific equipment: Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and Pilates Arc. Specific to these devices is the use of the springs, that is the progressive resistance. Equipment training is complementary to groundwork and provides the practitioner with complete experience of this method.

The Pilates method already has a considerable seniority, over 90 years. At the international level, there are two main trends at the moment:
Ortansa approaches Pilates training in a modern way. On the one hand, the "spine" of each session is composed of the classic Pilates exercises, complemented by exercises developed more recently by the various Pilates international schools. Each hour has a different focus to ensure the variety of workouts. On the other hand, the exercises are performed by each participant according to the level at which they are, and they can be adapted from the basic to the most advanced. This approach also allows the fast integration of new clients in the already formed, more experienced classes.
